What does mushroom coffee taste like?
Like coffee — because it is coffee. Each blend starts with real Arabica. The organic mushroom extract is mild and earthy, so it rounds the cup out rather than taking it over. If you enjoy a good long black or flat white, you'll feel right at home.
How much caffeine is in a sachet?
About the same as your usual cup. Each sachet is made with real Arabica instant coffee, so the caffeine lift is genuine — the mushrooms work alongside it, not instead of it.
Will I actually feel a difference?
The coffee, you'll feel straight away. The mushrooms are a slower story — functional ingredients meant for consistent daily use, not a one-off jolt. Think of DOJO as a practice: the value builds the more regularly you show up to it.
How do I prepare it?
Tear the sachet into a cup, add around 200ml of hot water, and stir. No machine, no equipment. Drink it hot or pour it over ice — black, or with your milk of choice.
Are the mushrooms organic?
Yes. We use 100% certified organic mushroom extracts — Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga — and every batch is lab-tested. No fillers and no fancy names: you can see exactly what's in each blend.
When will my order ship?
We dispatch from our workshop in Kellyville, NSW within 1–2 business days. From there, standard Australia Post or Sendle delivery times apply, depending on where you are.
Will I be auto-charged?
No — never. DOJO has no subscriptions and no auto-charges. You order when you're ready, and that's the only time your card is touched. You're a practitioner, not a subscriber.
What is Sensei and how does it differ from the sachets?
The sachets are ready-to-drink: instant Arabica coffee, each with one mushroom for one job — Focus, Energy or Defend. Sensei is the master blend — pure organic mushroom powder, all three mushrooms, no coffee — to stir into your own brew or serve in a cafe. Sachets for convenience; Sensei for full control.
